Hi, I’m Alex Maleski.
A freelance writer + creative director originally from Los Angeles, now living a perpetually soggy existence in Portland, OR. I stay for the beautifully written bumper stickers, fungus foraging, and skiing where Kubrick shot The Shining.

For the past 10+ years, I’ve been pounding ideas into laptops belonging to W+K, Mother, and GS&P, selling those ideas to brands like Nike, YETI, DoorDash, and Adobe.

Every so often, this has resulted in a sweaty trip to France, a Cannes Titanium Grand Prix, golds at the major shows, finalist for Creative of the Year, and Agency of the Year recognitions.

I now have my own laptop.
