At Mother, we were tasked with hiring and vetting the next generation of creatives. So we designed a simple test that assess their creativity. We sent out hundreds of specimens cups to the top ads schools around the country that students filled with their ideas and sent back to our office.


And the results were amazing. Here were some of the favorites “vessels of creativity”:

After the necessary creative testing was complete, we hired a handful of students that are still working with us today.
